A bit about my journey so far...

On the first day of the New Year in 2010, I had an encounter that I can only describe as divine.

What began as a holistic way to cure depression and heal a broken heart revealed itself to be an entry point into exploring my spiritual path and the fullness of life in an entirely new way. I had never formally learned about religion or spirituality and at twenty-one I started waking up to what it means to return to my true nature and to live a conscious, liberated, and love-filled life.

I've been exploring life's mysteries ever since.

EXTERNALLY, my passionate curiosity for transformation has guided around the world to work with social entrepreneurs, conscious leaders, and innovative teams. While the variation of people and projects is extensive, the underlying purpose has been to help bring their highest visions to life. At present, I consult in the realms of consciousness, creativity, and culture. Specifically I consult with DSIL Global, a design thinking company that builds creative capacity in leaders across the corporate and international development sectors as well as Delivering Happiness, a culture consultancy based on the science of happiness and positive psychology applied to work.

INTERNALLY, my deep longing for truth and wholeness has led me to invest in my own inner healing, heart expansion, and personal transformation. I've experimented with many healing modalities and explored wisdom teachings such as Buddhism, Sufism, Taoism, Shamanism, and Advaita Vedanta (non-duality). This exploration has revealed what I call a "dancing stillness" within me. The dancing part has to do with revealing the vibrance and creative expression of my spirit. I've discovered a great love for movement, dance, and art. The stillness bit comes from an appreciation for mindfulness practices such as yoga, meditation, and spending time in nature.

As I go further on this journey, I find myself wondering, how might I bring the inner and outer work into balance? How might I integrate self, society, and spirit in a way that feels most natural? How do I contribute to a wiser, weller world of oneness? Am I dreaming? (yes!) but Is it possible, how?

"All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better." ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

Today I am living into these questions in real time by treating my life as one great experiment. Over the last two years, I've been traveling, working, and exploring full-time from East to West primarily in North America and Southeast Asia.
