Full Bio:

Kelsey “Lotus” Wong is a Creative Facilitator, Experience Designer, and Culture Consultant. With a passionate curiosity for transformation, Kelsey is committed to co-creating the conditions for people to come into wholeness, expand their creative capacities, and bring their highest visions to life.

At her core, Kelsey believes it is our experiences that shape our lives most. Over the past nine years, Kelsey has been on her own journey of transformation immersing herself in a range of learning programs from ancient indigenous and shamanic wisdom teachings to progressive social innovation and global leadership intensives. Kelsey has worked internationally East to West with a variety of social entrepreneurs, conscious leaders, and innovative teams.

At present, Kelsey works with Delivering Happiness (DH), a culture consultancy based on the science of happiness and positive psychology applied to work. Since joining the team in 2014, DH, Kelsey sat on nearly “every seat on the bus” until discovering her true calling and specialization: experience design, internal culture development, and external culture coachsulting. To date, Kelsey’s clients include: Chase Bank, Christiana Care Health, I Can Read Hanoi, Greater Good Science Center, and Sallie Mae Bank.

Kelsey also works as a Creative Consultant with DSIL Global, an innovation company based in Bangkok, Thailand. DSIL Global uses design thinking (human-centered design) to build creative capacity in leaders across the corporate and international development sectors. As a leading design thinking team, DSIL Global has worked with many organizations including the United Nations, UNICEF, Microsoft, and World Vision.

Previously, Kelsey immersed herself in building communities for entrepreneurs, dreamers, and doers. Over the course of three years, Kelsey launched and directed three coworking spaces including CO+HOOTS coworking, which was named the No. 1 most innovative coworking space in the U.S., the No. 1 overall coworking space in Arizona, and No. 9 in the world in 2017.

Kelsey's educational background includes a BA in Marketing and a minor in Design Studies from Arizona State University. She received her certificate in International Business from the University of Economics, Prague and an Executive Education Diploma in Design and Leadership from DSIL Global (Thailand/Cambodia) certified by UPEACE, the UN Mandated Graduate School of Peace and Conflict Studies (Costa Rica).

Kelsey is most in flow when she’s writing, world-traveling, and floating in the sea.
